Feros Care isn’t hands-on shoulders nor your typical aged carers. Purpose-driven, their mission is to help people live happier, healthier, better-connected lives.  

Using their existing ‘Grow Bold’ brand platform, our response, ‘Not Your Typical Aged Care,’ was a colourful, dynamic, and thought-provoking verbal and visual brand ecosystem of assets, flexible enough to cater to the future growth of the brand campaign.

Like many people care organisations, Feros Care is experiencing the impacts of an industry-wide shortage of aged care workers both in-community and in-residential.

 

With the introduction of a significant new government at-home funding scheme to help recipients (clients) have greater choice in how, who, when and where they get care, it was imperative for Feros Care that they build a sound and permanent workforce, creating positive relationships to reduce reliance on contractors providing at-home care.

 

The brief required a multifaceted recruitment and client care messaging campaign to cut through the plethora of in-market messaging and campaigns, one that could retrofit across aged care, health, disability, and community service sectors.

 

By casting genuine Feros Care staff, we delivered an authentic story demonstrating the diversity, inclusivity, individuality, and personality of the Feros Care brand and its people.

Firme successfully launched the targeted six-month campaign on YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn and radio, supported by billboards, street furniture and shopper sites, buses, and careers expos.
